Hi all, I'm looking for some input.

On and off reader of this forum for a long time and big fan to see so many others like me out there. I felt I needed to make an account and post for some help.

I've been with my wife for 3 years now and during the years before this and until maybe after our first year of marriage she had no idea about my fetish. One day we were talking about what really gets us going. At first, I briefly mentioned big breasts, just that I like them large but not huge (personally I enjoy them really fake looking) but didn't want to let on the whole breast expansion part. She then told me hers (private). Anyway, to cut to the chase, she seemed fairly curious and kept asking a few questions. Like, how big, compared to which celebreties, etc. This then lead to the concept that is my favorite, which is breast expansion via implants (specifically). She responded pretty well to it, but I thought nothing of it at the time. That night she worked in some talk into our "evening activities" and it was insane. I've never been so happy in my life, my wife was totally game for roleplay and it really blew my mind.

This has been going on a while now, on and off. We joke about her going bigger after kids or in a jokey way that if she wants more kids she has to go bigger. Whilst this is all fun and games I talk to her daily about her image and that I love her no matter what, I really do. She is completely game and has no qualms about my fetish.

Which brings me to now. Recently she said that she is looking into getting a breast lift. She already has large ones which are starting to hang and she is still in her mid 20s, she feels quite self conscious about this. We are still wanting to have kids which we hear will make her inflate and deflate each time and possibly make them sag more. She has told me that she would really like to get a lift after we are done having kids. She also mentioned that she could go a little bigger along side this to perk them up knowing about my fetish.

At the moment we are just casually talking about it, but she is wondering whether to get them sooner rather than later. That and whether or not to get expanders or fixed size. She could probably change her mind but we are both having a lot of fun thus far so who knows. I guess I don't really know what my main questions is apart from asking for advice. A) Are expanders easy to fill over time? or would fixed size be the best if we knew/wanted exact size B) any more roleplay ideas specifically for implant related? C) She may or may not want to go bigger before children, how do we decide? Are there many more complications before or after?

Thanks for any input.
Much love.

Way late to this party, but I also see you've not had any other replies. Here goes....

> At the moment we are just casually talking about it, but she is wondering whether to get them sooner rather than later.

This would be a great conversation to have with a cosmetic surgeon. Recommend finding someone local to discuss, even if you're not entirely convinced that surgeon is "the one".

I say this, as there could be various nuanced details pertaining to lifestyle, family plans, etc which the surgeon could help to clarify. The surgeon might simply say "sooner or later, doesn't matter, it's basically 'whenever you're ready to do it'".

> That and whether or not to get expanders or fixed size.

This gets into trickier territory. It's been my experience (or rather, the results of having researched this a number of times in the past) that very few cosmetic surgeons (other than those who specialize in post-mastectomy surgeries) will even acquire expanders for their breast augmentation patients. That said, they're out there, so you may luck out if you're persistent in your search.

Expanders are pretty easy to fill. Almost always just a matter of booking a follow-up appointment to getting more saline added. Pop in, locate fill ports, inject, pump it in, bandaid on the boo-boo, done.

> B) any more roleplay ideas specifically for implant related?

Not quite sure how to answer this. But, has she done the "rice test" yet? Have the two of you considered purchasing breast forms (eg, 800cc) and an appropriately larger bra so she can wear them in the bedroom, or even just casually around the house in the evening while watching TV?

> C) She may or may not want to go bigger before children, how do we decide? Are there many more complications before or after?

The standard "any surgery carries a risk" applies here. The risks are low regardless, but she might experience temporary or permanent numbness, and there's always the possibility that it could affect milk production. This is honestly a great question to ask every surgeon she consults with, as every surgeon may say "here are the risks; having said that, my personal experience with this is great/good/poor/etc ...".

Another perspective might be, what other surgeries has she had? Whether under a general, a local, etc. Eg, widsom teeth removal (which is still a surgery), just for some perspective.

That very first time under a general can be a bit alarming. Also knowing that you have to put your trust into someone who has a sharp knife and will be manipulating tender bits while you're completely defenseless (while another person is in charge of your pain control and your breathing), can be a bit of a mind-fuck. Surgeons, especially anesthesiologists, like knowing that you've been under a general previously, and are keen to know what reactions you had to the anesthesia, if any.

I can think of 10 times I've been put under for surgery in my lifetime. I've developed a high degree of confidence that a general anesthesia doesn't create any risky reactions; the 'worst' thing I've had happen is that feeling of being vaguely conscious and yet very sleepy post-op, and that vague irritating feeling you get when someone's trying to wake you up when all you want to do is **82**. :-) That, and the time after getting the pre-op sedative, I relaxed to the point that apparently the O2 alarm went off, the nurses gathered around and asked me to take a deep breath. I was feeling super chill, and was like "fine, here's your deep breath <inhale, exhale>, I'm gonna go back to chilling out here now" only far less was actually spoken by me. No idea whether the pre-op sedative was a bit too strong, or what. Everything else went fine with the surgery.

I'm not saying this to alarm you as much as to give you some additional food for thought. A boobjob can be exciting, but it can be akin to asking your wife to do a first-in-a-lifetime boot camp style workout, and wondering why she's not in a great mood 3 days post.
