"Heaven and Hell"?  You mean good vs. evil?  We did have Evil! as a theme (Sept. 2018) and Captain Nemo posted the following as a supplement, is that the kind of thing you mean?

Nearly, there should be an angelic part to the morphs as well-best used for photos featuring two or more women.

OK, Remo: but why just MILFs? Wouldn't sitcoms be OK?

OK, it's been a week.  Any more proposals?  Anyone want to discuss or explain themes I haven't definitely accepted yet?
How about under the waves: what's with that?  Does it just mean underwater?  Intriguing, but not too easy to find, I fear.
Movie sex symbols: seems feasible.  It could be combined with sitcoms.
Dancers and pole dancing: that would have been covered by performing artists from August 2018, but it's certainly feasible; "strippers" could be added.
Red carpet?  I don't get it.  Does it mean like movie premieres and such, or fashion catwalks, or...?
A couple of new ideas: at the office and school scenes; how about royals and aristocrats, or politicians?  Anyone want to try morphing Angela Merkel?  8)  :o

I thought of red carpet as being about actresses and movie stars at movie premiers and awards ceremonies. It would probably be mostly or entirely non-nudes (depends on the artists' take), more like long gowns and mega-cleavage.

update

It occurred to me that one fruitful category is underrepresented: porn. Not everyone's cup of tea, but it's certainly acceptable, and appreciated by many.  I'm not thinking of really far-out stuff, but ordinary sex scenes.  We've already had two themes, celebrĄty titfucks and hardcore sex. But we can use more specific categories, like those that head this updated list:

blowjobs
handjobs
doggy style
(or any rear entry)
woman on top
dildos
orgasms
(already suggested, can apply to either sex)

sitcoms
at the office
animals (not involved in sex)
super (~heroines, ~heroes ~villains)
uniforms
on the farm
view from behind
red carpet (premieres etc.)
boobs big enough to obscure the face, sit on, or lie beneath
in the kitchen
windows
doorways
teacher
smoking
view from below
restaurants and bars
garden
camping
boots
business women
non-firing weapons
hourglass
food
drink
wind
high heels
smile
on her back

What say?

I have always like the social & psychological aspect of larger breasts in society.
Many times I've been surprised at how the amount of mammary tissue a person has affects their interactions with others, how others interact with them, concepts of self-worth, etc.

It is not an aspect of pride or bragging in most cases but rather a "situation" to overcome or reach some sort of balance in a person's experiences. Thus themes that I would find interesting would include:

Shocked Onlookers - (the focus is on the circumstance, there just happens to be boobs)
Comparison Images - (but in context, like sibling rivalry, odd-girl-out, family portraits)
Jealous Neighbor - (the grass is always greener...)
Oblivious to your own assets - (You grow accustomed to what is actually atypical)

Additionally I enjoy anything that has a funny undertone when it comes to body image. Sometimes this is a result of circumstance, or sudden discovery and realization or just simple observation. These are the hallmarks of humor:

Big Boobs "causing" Problems - (the funny side of being busty)
Velma & Daphne Effect - (the nerd girl is actually the appealing / approachable one)
Advantage: Large Chest - (the secondary benefits of an ample front)
Boobpers - (Bloopers, just with more boob - movie, stage, TV scenes derailed by Boobs - possibly with quotes)

Lastly, I would like to emphasize that the female form has been a potent inspiration over the course of human history. The Arts have celebrated and denigrated femininity for centuries. So, for a more cultural / artistic angle I suggest:

Historic Images -  (Then had boobs back then, i.e. vintage photos, Civil War, 1800s, etc.)
Recreate Famous Works of Art - (Mona Lise, Girl with the Pearl Earring, The Muses, etc.)
Filter me baby! - (Run multiple filters on a busty image to create a more artistic feel)
Vintage Montague - (Modify a modern fashion model, personality, cartoon character, etc. to look like a particular historical / cultural era)

for example: Cindy Crawford as a busty Japanese Geisha from 1915.
