Looks Great!  Do you have any before/after or inbetween photos? how did they look when first implanted?

I'll try and post some before and afters.  They didn't look this great when first implanted.  They're rock'n now tho :)  It's just expanders are temporary at best, so I don't think these will last much longer.  They only have a six month warranty, so I'm sure that means something.

MasterDragonfly, really nice to see you back! I need your help!  ;D

I don't think I have capsular contracture.. they were pretty firm right from the start.. I don't have any pain or real discomfort either.. Although I had 1000cc silicones before that my starting point was only a 32A on a US size 2/UK 6 so my skin was tight..

My PMTs seem to have a thicker and less elastic shell that Ample Ann's as well.. I have one spare here.. will take a pic so you see what I mean..

Does anyone know if it's possible to overfill double-lumens? Maybe those would feel better but Ample Ann's expanders are also looking like a better option..

I've heard good things regarding Beckers. I've also had the shadow of doubt cast on them. I don't believe they're available in the US (not that this is an issue for you), but last time I checked, you could get them in Canada and in the UK. I found an old email from Dr Shoaib (Scotland) where he talks about them.

Ample Ann's expanders does sound like a great option. That said, if you'd like to know more about overfilling Becker's, check out this thread:

Thanks MD, any info like that is good stuff.  Dr. D can do out of the US, so he has access to the Euro stuff as well.  He just needs help finding it too sometimes, so he will appreciate any new things as well.

It's a peculiar thing. Anytime I've gone digging for info on the Beckers within the USA, the info I would get back is that they were unreliable, had a high failure rate, etc. And when I dug deeper (at least when I checked), it seems they simply weren't available in the USA.

Then when I started casting a larger net, I could find clinics in Canada that offered them. And as mentioned, Dr Shoaib was familiar with them.

This begs the question: If they're so unreliable, why are they doing so well outside of the USA? Surgeons everywhere (at least in Canada, most of Europe, etc) are generally predisposed towards patient satisfaction/success, just like they are here in the USA. Problematic implants and dissatisfied patients tends to create unwanted churn/drain on clinic resources.

In short, this is something which has baffled me for a while. If Dr D can lay hands on them, more power to him.

I'll have to look into those, and get Dr. D's take on them.

That's the ones I have!  Allergan CUI 2000cc.  MIne are overfilled to right about the size of the one in the video.

These are without a doubt, some of the most beautiful boobs I have ever seen. Am I to take it that they have gotten bigger since then? Or have you stopped expanding?

So new BA booked in, thanks to Ample Ann for all the help and info!  :D

Need to make a decision between 2000cc saline overfilled or 2000cc expanders which could easily take me to 3000cc+.. I'm flying out for surgery on the 30th so I need to decide asap.. I had wanted around 2500cc so the first option rules that out but it does seem like the easier route.. Having had the PMT expanders and HATED them I'm a bit scared I won't be happy with the Allergans,.. I don't want to have to hide them till they look better filled up more.. Also, will the Allergans feel firmer than regular salines overfilled or not that different?

Hi DM,

I would go with the overfilled saline to 2500cc or 3000cc.  My expanders are pretty firm, and they didn't start looking good until around 3000cc.
Watch all of this video and you'll see how soft overfilled salines are at 2500cc:    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zu4fFoAJ5M4     I hope this helps, and please let us know how everything goes :)

No, thank you! Your presence here is a real treat for us. It's been extraordinarily exciting to hear about your continued expansion, but you're also such a sweetheart.
