Thanks MD, any info like that is good stuff. Dr. D can do out of the US, so he has access to the Euro stuff as well. He just needs help finding it too sometimes, so he will appreciate any new things as well.

It's a peculiar thing. Anytime I've gone digging for info on the Beckers within the USA, the info I would get back is that they were unreliable, had a high failure rate, etc. And when I dug deeper (at least when I checked), it seems they simply weren't available in the USA.
Then when I started casting a larger net, I could find clinics in Canada that offered them. And as mentioned, Dr Shoaib was familiar with them.
This begs the question: If they're so unreliable, why are they doing so well outside of the USA? Surgeons everywhere (at least in Canada, most of Europe, etc) are generally predisposed towards patient satisfaction/success, just like they are here in the USA. Problematic implants and dissatisfied patients tends to create unwanted churn/drain on clinic resources.
In short, this is something which has baffled me for a while. If Dr D can lay hands on them, more power to him.
