I have had three trophy sightings that I have photos of. The largest which was posted as the street goddess I now see on a regular basis at the laundry mat. Well I'm puzzling how this older thread ended up in one of my browser tabs, but after reviewing this thread (for at least the 2nd time) I realized I have one possibly worth sharing.

It was Dec 1999, and I was checking out apartments in San Francisco. A sort of home away from home to save on hotel costs.

As We read more, my need to do the research and find more info of this case, was turned me anxious cause the file tell that her boobs went from "a very large pair of mammary glands to a dangerous masses of breast that could hurt her in the near time, due the immense size and weight" in some part of the file it describes the arrangements that the team of surgeons had to do to proceed with the br, "the size of the breasts was so massive that the patient can not arise since 17 months ago" at this part of the conversation women began to imagine how hard must life be with those monsters pushing back against the bed every second of the day. According to the file She need help to stand up and when She finally made it her boobs were at 21cms from her ankles, can You imagine that!!! "Three stretchers side to side weren't enough to acommodate the patient and her breasts, and 5 stretchers weren't option due the size of the O.R., so the crew decided to remove the breasts one by one, as the "Young Woman" rested on the first stretcher her left breast laid over the second and more than a half of the third stretcher, while the right breast was over the woman and another stretcher...from the left breast, surgeons removed 69.2kg (152lbs), from the right breast 68.7kg (151lbs) the total weight of breast tissue removed was 137.9kg. (304lbs) weight of the patient before the br 216.5kg (477lbs) weight of the patient after the procedure 78.6kg (173lbs)".

There are 2 facts that make this even harder to believe, "the size was massive but the breasts were totally normal, no ulcerations, no scars..." and "... in a post op. interview the woman said: the reason for wait so much time, to get a br was obviusly the money, but at first I liked the size of my breasts, but when they grew till my hipline the weight and size became a problem".

If this is true, She was like 6 times bigger than Chelsea or Beshine, I mean unfortunately there isn't a picture and I can't find any info of this case, and there was a one time only cause there was no way in hell to ask my wife's friend to share the pic of the file, You know, no body knows about my breast fetish.

Was vacationing in the Caribbean...
Stopped to fill my car rental at a gas station / mini mart...

Largest: convenience store in Springfield, MO, after getting back into town at about 2 am on a weeknight. Black woman working the counter. Overweight, but not crazy big (other than her tits). Cretyz that is a very good and detailed post of a very extreme case that I do not doubt probably happened somewhere sometime. Like you said these cases remain mostly confidential and the general public rarely finds out anything. It's too bad that we could not even get one pic of this lady although I'm sure the surgeons keep them in their archives.

Most of us have seen the pics and videos of the German lady who goes by JenniferB and who has absolutely enormous breasts on an otherwise average body which she displays and teases with on webcam sites. Many people claim that she is a man wearing prosthetic boobs but I have seen many of her videos and still believe that she is an extreme macromastia case. I myself have seen something similar once or twice in my time but with clothes and a tight bra it is usually difficult to estimate the size on some of these ladies.

Here is a pic posted on another breast forum of one such extreme case that may be authentic or may be just a good work of morph artwork. But you have to ask yourself why would somebody go to all the trouble to create such a shocking image just for the fun of it? It is hard to tell especially because it is kind of blurry but maybe it could even be the case that you have just described.

Well I am speculating but I think it is a real possibility. Remember that a lot of women got silly tring implants from Dr. Johnson, but less than a dozen were models or **28** of some sort. So there are much more girls with ppp hiding than those that we have seen in the open.

Yes, I have seen this elsewhere and yes I think it is a morph. And to answer your question, yes (again! lol) morphers would do almost anything prove they are great at photoshop or at any photomanipulation software. And I am sure the picture manipulator would be proud that their picture is causing such a fuss. You can ask any morpher here, I am sure that they all strive to make the morphs look as real as possible.

I'm no morpher, so it could certainly be faked, but I like the details. Her belly certainly appears to be in the early stages of pregnancy, which can be a cause of such hypertrophy, and would explain the medical support. The only thing I find suspect is her lack of underwear, or any attempt to cover her bush, an effort I feel would have been made in an American hospital. Hard to tell her race with the mask on her face and all. As interesting as this is for us breast fetishists, it has to be a scary experience for a young woman to have her body so out of control. I always feel sorry for them.

I agree that it is sad to see cases like this that go so out of control. Even if this one might be a fake there have been comparable cases where the young lady becomes almost like cursed and is miserable in her daily existence even though many men probably see her in adoration. Life is strange sometimes isn't it?

One such case was Pilma of the Phillipines, which was featured in a documentary that made it on the web as I have saved the video. They went out of their way to not show her breasts completely and to make many shots like in the dark but it was a 100% documentable case in a remote village. As big as Pilma got before her reduction she still would only be about half as big as this young lady if she is indeed a real case.

As for the open bush, well if you look at the top you can see that she has on what appears to be part of a hospital gown. It's possible that they could not get it around her huge chest so it would be even comfortable and was way too tight for her so they just left it on partially. So this might explain the reason.

Yeah Djoser, you're right and I have to agree that many morphers seem to anonymously almost get like a high or rise out of just fooling people into fantasy photos that pushes the limits of reality. I think that it could even be categorized as almost a small form of psychopathy. While many morphs are pretty obvious due to their outright exaggeration, weak blurring, overlapped lines, etc., some of them are quite well done and it's hard to tell them apart from real shots. These are the ones that make you like scratch your head a bit.

I see that many morphers do put their logos on top or bottom so you know right away but others don't so it can be a tough call sometimes. In this case I think it would be better to just take the skeptics corner and play it safe until somebody can provide other images or some kind of further evidence of proof.

My first question mark about this image is how the center of the breasts don't seem to meet with her rib cage area flesh so it looks like some huge prosthetic was just layed upon her chest. But if you have such a mass of real flesh then I supposed that could play tricks on your eyes. I wonder if anybody else got the same impression.

Well... some women don't have cleavage all the way to the ribcage. Some have a small amount of tissue connecting the breasts, especially in heavier women. I suspect that, if the image is real, that's what happened, just on a much larger scale, one that fits well with the size.

As for the bush, I think you're partially right... however, don't most gowns tie in the back, not the front. ???

I remember being on the top of a double decker bus in Hammersmith, London, about ten years ago.

It was a very hot summer day.

There was a girl in an oversized white t-shirt standing at the bus stop below me. The reason why her t-shirt was oversized was simple. You guessed it, she had giant - I mean GIANT boobs. No exaggeration, they were each the size of a soccer ball. It almost looked like pantomime boobs, but you could see that they were very real. She was otherwise really slim. Must have been macromastia.

What made this moment stick in my mind is when she turned slightly, to see if her bus was coming. Oh boy. You could see the shear weight of these things, as they took a moment to follow the rotation of her body, and swing heavily into position. She must have been having back problems already.

She had a very self-conscious look on her face, but at the same time it was not shy. Can' really describe it, other than to say that she must have been aware that she was an attention magnet.

I cleaned up that medical image and I am leaning towards thinking, non-morph. One detail that makes me feel it is real is what looks like a secondary breast on her upper left above her normal breast. There are many macro cases where the patient seems to develop multiple breasts in conjunction with the BE.

I also believe she is pregnant. You can see what looks like the gel they use for ultrasounds on her slightly distended abdomen.

Perfect observation with the pregnancy, gel, and the "2nd breast" which is most probably the lymph nodes from under the armpit which are swollen. In addition the left breast as seen from the patient is much bigger than the right one.

Back in the 1950s, when I was a teenager, my parents and I would often go on summer coach trips to the seaside or wherever. ( For those of you outside the UK, a coach is a bus with comfier seats and has to be hired for a specific destination.)
