The background is all distorted. This looks like badly morphed before! - If you will send the original I will make her really sexy.

What makes breast morphs effective is the contrast between the expanded parts and the model's otherwise normally-proportioned body. There isn't enough of the woman in that photo to create any contrast with potentially expanded breasts.
