So my porn use is excessive and probably a problem. But I’m staring across a chasm.  I haven’t paid for any porn. Yet.  There’s a few women on onlyfans that I’m interested in, but for reasons, can’t have a paper trail for ‘inexplicable expenses’.  Is there a way to subscribe to a girls channel thru a payment method that isn’t tracked?

IMHO the only (nearly) untrackable payment method is Cash!

OnlyFans has an office in London:

Buy yourself a prepaid credit card. Pay for it with cash. Buy it someplace far away from where you live, preferably another state. And use that.

Generally a good idea!
However regard, that OnlyFans has its office in GB (former EU member) and, I guess, hasn't abolished all of the legal stuff the EU has raised over the years.
This includes all the "prevention of money laundering acts", meaning, that all of the so called "prepaid CCs" have to be personalised with the issuing bank.
So lucky USA, if you still can buy these cards without any identification.
The other question then will be, whether OF will accept your prepaid card. Perhaps you should check before buying such a card.
