It's pretty much a straight-faced parody of indie horrors where you get chased by some monster or another. The joke is this time the monster is a ridiculously busty tall woman who I am told comes from Japanese folklore. No explicit sexual content but lots of bouncing cleavage.

I had to look up the history of this urban legend story.
Originally from 2008, her creepy pasta origin is well documented.
