That's hard to say. At least three. You can actually divide Kayla's career according to the look and the size of her boobs.
Early period: pointy and rather droppy big boobs (but still small compared to her later years). Lacks of 'melon' quality. Kayla had wavy brown hair during this period.
Mid Period: round huge melon boobs, but one side is noticably bigger than the other (check out my link to Boobtown Brats 2 in my prev post and my avatar). Bigger than the early years. Kayla had long straight blonde hair and she's in top form.

Honestly, I look at the photos from that period and think it was the sunset of the great implant era. When you see those two and SaRenna and Casey hanging out in Las Vegas and then then realize that three of them lost those boobs and SaRenna retired it really was the end of that era. It is. As we get older, we can have physical changes, especially if you don't take good care of yourself. :(

On the left we have Kayla Kleevage, on the right Kimberly Kupps.
Sadly, Kimberly passed away in 2024 after a long battle with cancer.

I fucked this up. I hope this makes up for it. She is at the parking lot near the MGM Grand hotel and casino here in Vegas. ::)
