As a group, the moderators have determined that while Whink's action (the posted threat) was serious enough to warrant consideration of a permanent ban, it has decided that the consequence of his action (taken in context) will be that the temporary ban currently in effect since 8/25/4 shall remain in effect until October 9 provided that Whink abides by this decision in it's entirety. That means that he will not access the forums in ANY way from any IP source during that period. Failure to do so will result in his ban being made permanent immediately and deletion of his forum acct.
Assuming that Whink wishes to do so and abides by this decision, he will be more than welcome to return to full and active participation in our community on Oct. 9 without any futher consequences or prejiduce on the part of the mods or site ownership/mgmt.
Whink has been informed of this decision via email, and as he will not be able to use forum PMs during the ban, it's suggested that those who wish to reach him do so via email.
A separate announcement regarding the practice of users attempting to moderate threads/other users will be made here in the site forum. Also, the site rules will be ammended to specifically prohibit this practice by any user for any reason. The suspensions of both Whink and GoCubsGo will run 60 days. They will be eligible to return to the BEA on May 2nd.
We are quite serious about this. Do not post links to pirated video. If you do, we will suspend or ban you.
Simply put, this is an activity which cannot be tolerated.

The user JJTHEDJ has been banned since he was a user that was previously banned... he returned to post content specifically prohibited by the Owner of the BEA in order to protect the site from liability issues arising from content of a potentially underag3 nature. If he returns again, he will be rebanned and further measures will be taken to dissuade him from endangering this community. After all, violating a ban as JJ did is basically hacking into a website to which you are not legally entitled to enter... doing so carries penalties more significant than banning. -Palomine

True to form (unable to abide by site policies) this user created two (make that 4) other UIDs to feign support for him. Given that he was already banned, both of his new UIDs have also been banned. Any additional 'disguises' used to thwart the ban will be considered hacks into this site: unwelcome and unauthorized intrusions and will be responded to accordingly. Bans are absolutely last resort... once in place they are permanent and WILL be enforced by any means necessary.

For the record, in ADDITION to being a long-term ferocious pain in the ass who constantly criticizes the BEA, the rules and the mods (recently he's been on crusade insisting that our volunteering as mods here is actually illegal), StevenWebGuy's abbreviated history here includes:
10.26.05 After he was made aware that particular content was not allowed at the BEA (he was witness to it actually being removed) he went ahead and provided info on how to obtain the exact same material in a public post, along with a treatise about his opinions on how the content's copyright status or lack thereof supersedes the BEA Owner's policies. He got a 30 day temp ban for this bit of arrogant idiocy.
After returning from the temp ban, as mentioned, he's availed himself of every opportunity to raise hell about rules, mods, etc... and has been warned to cut it out at least two or three separate times. Debates over the legality of site policy is against house rules, earning him a permanent ban.

Added later: I should have recognized who this user was by his infamously poor sphincter control: myg0t_pwn_j00 is of course multiple-bannee BoobRepli (who was banned again today in his guise as unch for additional attempts at hacking the BEA). For those unaware, BoobRepli holds the distinction of being the only BEA user EVER to steal UIDs and passwords from OTHER USERs for his own purposes. He's also responsible for numerous rule violations and anti-social behaviors (some of which necessitated adding MORE rules to the rule list, so if you think the rule list is too long you can thank BoobRepli for his contributions) and of course after YEARS spent criticizing the rules governing image uploads at the BEA's user gallery, BoobRepli finally set up his own UG which promptly got shut down in three whole days. To the best of my knowledge, there has never existed a more shameless, unethical and emotionally immature person in the BE/BB online community and he proves it every time he acts up with one of his tantrums. He never cares that he impacts others with his actions: I suspect some sort of neurochemical imbalance rendering his superego ineffective, but maybe it's just simple immaturity... who knows?

Rammsteinboy gets 2 weeks off for ignoring two separate prior warnings/second chances about his continuing habit of violating post rules. -Palomine Added later: this user gets another 2 weeks added to his ban for his postfact decision to try to remove evidence of his violation by editing out the moderator comment. That is another violation of the user agreement, and the consequence is yet another thing for which he has no one but himself to blame. When they give their word (ie: sign an agreement) adults KEEP their word. If they fail to do so, they consider themselves responsible for their own actions and accept the consequences (if they're gentlemen they even often apologize) rather than trying to hide the evidence of their indiscretions.
rhinoceros82: after posting a **18** link in an IDQ thread, and having it explained to him by other users that doing so is not allowed (even having the relevant part of the rules quoted/reposted for him) rhino's response is to then publicly ask for/solicit another specific content specifically prohibited in the quoted rules. roobarb gets two weeks off for making a post that leads to/contains personal RL info about a subject (a model in this case) that the subject themselves did not freely provide. What is allowed someplace else (wikipedia in this case) is moot: in order to participate at the BEA, it is the terms of your BEA Forums user agreement that take precedence. The BEA Owner takes matters of privacy (for models AND users) VERY seriously... roobarb should count himself lucky not to have been permanently banned for his violation.

Since he previously described the BEA as a 'backwater' hardly worthy of his participation, a site unable to assist his efforts to download vast quantities of copyrighted content, I'm sure this ban will not cramp his style.
Stevefoto (and his other UID(s)) has been banned for a month for ignoring another mod's warning NOT to create additional UIDs just to post more morph requests. When being given a second chance (being let off with a warning) it's best to heed the advice.

He's officially out of second chances: his next/fourth violation will be dealt with MUCH more sternly. If he cannot comfortably live within the terms of his user agreement, he should definitely find some other forum to participate in.

'07)... thus he's already exhausted ALL his second chances and squandered the goodwill that would have been shown for a user w/o such demonstrated carelessness about the Owner's rules/consideration for others.
wingedassassin gets a month off for posting links to sites that feature numerous subjects who appear to be min0rs, a serious violation of the BEA Owner's user agreement. The fact that wingedassassin has been warned (and even temp banned) about this before figured into his current temp ban, which will probably be his last... next such violation from him will likely result in permanent banning since the BEA will not tolerate users who habitually break their word and endanger this site.
sodium is banned since he has already been permanently banned under other aliases. Eventually it will sink through his skull that he'll never be welcome here again under any guise, and that the more he trespasses here now, the more he invites repercussions, which are now in the works. Once permanently banned, returning here under an alias is considered hacking: the user forcibly entering where they are not welcome nor authorized. As such, they'll be held accountable.
malin82, Mercucius55 and pj99999 are banned for being the same fellow who uses one alias to return while temp banned under another, all with the goal of spamming about a particular site.
inherency receives a one-week temporary ban for posting a picture from a prohibited site and naming its source, after receiving two previous warnings about the same type of violation.

User r_pavese posted critical comments about a model along with a Daktari Lorenz photo. After his posts were moderated, he deleted the moderation comments and started a new thread repeating his critical comments. Two week temporary ban.
Tex1 gets two weeks off for 1-1-1 violations, deleting a moderator warning, and reposting two of the deleted pictures in separate threads.
User Heroica turned out to be user boristheblade returning in defiance of a temporary ban. Both are now permanently banned.

For requesting ID/pass information from a members-only site less than an hour after being warned not to request content from the same site, user sango has been temporarily banned for six months.
After posting a link to prohibited content, user Dean_Remsey has been banned for one month for accumulated rule violations.
User pazzy20 will be taking a month off for knowingly soliciting a link to content featuring a girl under the age of 18.

We have reason to believe that PandoraB is a user who was permanently banned last year, so the ban has been reapplied.

While a warning might have sufficed, he got a temp ban in light of his multiple prior violations/warnings, which seem to have had little effect on him. Just because info is found on the web doesn't mean you can post it here: unless IT'S CLEAR that the actual individual subject posted the RL-ID info her/themselves, then you cannot repost that info at the BEA. The BEA Owner feels that models have a right to the same privacy expectations that our users themselves have.
After a previous warning not to call a model posted by another user "gross", user Jcuprockstar gets a one-week temp-ban for again calling a model posted by another user ”gross”.
User Otto9953 posted a message containing several clickable thumbs and links to zip archives of a large set of clearly-marked Nadine Jansen Score photos, simultaneously violating the 1-1-1, prohibited content, and excessive copyrighted content rules. Some or all of the images have been slightly morphed, but not enough to alter the images to a noticeable degree. Morphs that aren't sufficiently different than their source photos are not protected by the morph exception to the 1-1-1 rule. Otto9953 receives a two week temporary ban.

His compulsion to libel models and public figures with hateful and aggressive outbursts seems to be beyond his ability to control. Permanent banees who return are considered to be hacking into a private site where they are unwelcome... and they'll be dealt with accordingly.
June 15, 2011: user Drakonnov has been banned for underag3 and privacy-related violations during his short stay with us... ending with the murder-fantasy he jokingly (?) posted about a model. Even if meant in jest, posting like that is absolutely prohibited by the BEA Owner, who refuses to facilitate that kind of 'expression' in his forum under any circumstances.
July 8, 2011: user Prsrt gets two weeks off for yet another post featuring subjects that appear too y0ung for posting at the BEA. We'd have preferred that he had simply gotten the message from any of the several warnings he ignored about this kind of violation in the past.

Aug 24, 2011: after having his first post removed because it contained material in violation of the 'no hate speech' part of the Personal Conduct rules, user Bastani then posted a rant in which he promptly violated two other parts of the conduct section of the BEA Owner's rules. Given his low opinion of the rules and our community, he'll surely won't be bothered by the ban he's earned in record time (just over 24 hours from first post to being banned).

Sep 8, 2011: user JeffSmit9 has earned 2 weeks off for yet another post of his containing an underag3 subject albeit in a non-sexual context. Given his cumulative history of prior violations and 'second chances' which include other underag3 posts, there's simply no excuse for him not knowing/not abiding by the terms of the contract he signed with his host, the BEA Owner.

13dec14 - For continuing to simultaneously cross-post to multiple threads in order to advertise his/her services despite repeated pleas from moderators to cease that behavior, DR_DDD earns a one-month temp ban. Upon their return, any further incidence of this behavior, which is essentially spamming our forum in violation of the rules, this user(s) will be permanently banned.

Not only doesn't he care about this site or other users, he blatantly disregards the wishes of the actual woman he's busy perving over. Such a gentleman. ::)

5jun15 - user Live4Tits has forfeit the right to post in the Off Topic forum and may not make off-topic posts elsewhere at the BEA in any way, including via other accounts/by proxy/behind-the-scenes. He's welcome to make on-topic posts (BB/BE...) in the forum. In general and particularly in the Off-Topic forum, we try to allow users enough latitude to express their beliefs in a civil manner, regardless of whether we agree with those beliefs. There are two exceptions: condemnations of race/nation/faith/gender/orientation etc. aren't permitted, and expressions of solidarity/loyalty to hate groups aren't permitted. Beyond that, users are free to express themselves as long as what they post or link isn’t excessively offensive or inflammatory. Live4Tits has repeatedly made OTF posts that contain or link to content that falls into the area of the first exception and is offensive and inflammatory, thus he may no longer use the BEA for that purpose at all.
user james125 earns a two-week temp ban for accumulated 1-1-1 violations.
17jun15 - less than two weeks ago, due to his incessant inflammatory posts (which went far beyond simple expression and had devolved into spam and the linking of offensive hate speech content) user Live4Tits received a special restriction expressly prohibiting him from making ANY further off-topic communications at the BEA, including PMs and Chat. Since being informed of that restriction, he violated it twice: both via PM and in Chat. Given how many complaints we've received about his posts since he showed up, and his total lack of adult self-control as evidenced by his two most recent violations, he is now perm banned.

Solvegas banned for 4 weeks for violating the posting limitations and posting requirements of the Beshine thread. This follows a two-week ban last year for breaking the 1-1-1-1 rule, Score posting rule and banned pictures/pictures with no logo rule on numerous occasions
