Also, who had the largest standard type implants of all time? By standard type, I mean silicone or saline, not string implants.? A pic would be great!
To start off, here's Penelope holding one of her old implants, which she auctioned off on ebay.
Note:Should this be in the real world breast enlargement forum? It doesn't have to do with breast expansion per se, so I'm not sure.

Keisha Evans
My money is on Keisha! Keep in mind that is the size of the implant that matters in this discussion, not the size of the implant relative to the lady who owns them. So some very small girls who appear to have massive boobs may actually have relatively smaller implants, like Vixen.

They are EXCELLENT - THE BEST. I believe Penelope Black Diamond has them. They can EASILY be inflated to 4000cc's +. They took considerable effort to get into the U.S.
But whereever they are now - they were MINE and they were STOLEN.

Sabrina Sabrok holding what I think was a 3000cc implant. She later went all the way to 5000cc. If there are photos out there of her with that set I'd be very grateful to see them.

Just lookin' at your initial post, I have to smile: the idea of increasing one's bustline with implants is definitely breast expansion. Having a thread that's about pix of them is definitely relevant, I'd say! ;D

One thing must be taken into account on the geometry of Beshine implants: they are not spheres, are hemispheres.
