It's morphed.  You can find the original set at one of the those nude sites like hegre-art or femjoy.  I can't remember the name of the set or the site, unfortunately.

i wanna know who she is regardless if its a morph or not, i can still tell a beautiful girl when i see one, huge tits or not.  

and yes, big tits with small areola is the better combo.  im not a fan of big old "silver dollar" nipples as they're commonly known

Yeah my wife has really small nipples too and she's a 32DD. When they get hard they are about gumdrop size, maybe a quarter-size in diameter at the most. I love them.

This girl is really very pretty. Where I found this pic someone was criticizing her knees. I'm like, you blokes are nuts, ctrl+click, save as!

Agree, She is beautiful and doesn't care if it's a morph or not, and small nipples makes boobs looking bigger.
