No idea what you're talking about Janus. As stated in the Banned Users thread, this user has been temp banned (again) for posting images from a prohibited source AND for making false claims of copyright. Contrary to what you seem to think, users DO NOT have to 'mention where a picture is from' ...they simply should NOT post prohibited content.
FWIW, this user has more than a half dozen prior violations along these lines BEFORE his current round of violations... he seems to be a habitual offender who doesn't mind violating his User Agreement and continues to do so after numerous second chances and warnings... he's clearly happy to endanger this site for his own purposes. No semantics necessary.

Secondly, I don't make the mistake of complaining when something I don't understand happens.
Finally, let's not forget that these guys run a porn site, not a political debate site, and as such it is easy to shut down if any potentially costly legal action is threatened, so suggest a bit of slack is warranted on the mods behalf.
So there are rules, and we are all honor bound to follow them and I for one am grateful for the caution.
I know I would rather err on the side restraint than risk losing our beloved BEA.

All I'm saying is I'm done with paranoia, fear, and tiptoeing. Honestly, I'm ready to punch congressmen in the face and give wedgies to Bin Laden. Rules and order are one thing, but I'm just tired of living in a "covering my ass" society. Coffee is hot, grass is green, gravity works. Lawsuits and government noodnicks are making it hard for people to be sane.
I want to meet the author of 2257, smack them, then tell congress to DIAF. Hell, maybe it's because physical pain doesn't phase me anymore, but honestly...I'm just too old to accept that to survive everyone needs to think like they need to justify all the hordes of morons who became lawyers because they have no use to society other than to bring the pain. The good ones get drowned out, and people only prosecute CRAP because all the smart lawyers are stuck with stuff these morons give them.
All I'm saying is, I'm tired of fear, and the first frivolous lawsuit I get served with, I'm going to overrun the court room with specially trained attack ferrets.
J- What? Testicle pain lasting five months leaves an impression. I don't flinch when I get kicked in the balls anymore. I feel it...it's just, well, it's just pain. It's really not that bad.
