Title: Once again, I can't get to members area

A few months ago, somehow I was locked out of the members area and the situation got straightened out. I don'y know why but it's now happened again. Whoever is in charge of these things, please fix it up. In the meantime, I can't get to my gallery, Peter's Paradise, let alone update it.

GonZo, thanks for your PM and interest but I still can't get to the members area. I sent Matt and Gabe emails nearly a week ago but nothing has happened yet.

I can see the pictures of my gallery at the BEA gallery system that's used to update galleries and did an experiment finding out that I can still update the gallery but I won't update it until I'm back in the members area which I hope is soon.

Just send a copy of one of your earlier emails to that address, and see if it helps. Please let us know if the problem persists.

i can't get in to members area myself I'd like to know why

Pal says: I wish that it weren't so, but posting about those problems here, while earning much-deserved sympathy from users and mods, doesn't actually insure that anyone 'in power' will ever know of your problem, let alone try to get it fixed. Though I wouldn't advise holding one's breath, Matt recently shared this link for the reporting of such problems:

My problem is now solved. I thank everyone who was involved in trying to help and getting it fixed up. Maybe someone can help Brugwine.

I still can not get to the members area, i did everything you guys said.

Pal replies: Sorry to hear that Roostr. Forum moderators have no control over membership/paysite issues... all we can do is offer suggestions. As you've tried all that, please use the links below to contact CustomerCare via email, private message or phone. Best of luck... be patient and I'm sure you'll get it worked out. :)
