Title: Eminent Erosion associated with Breast Expansion
Post by: DR.Domanskis on October 25, 2011, 11:15:46 AM
Dr. Domanskis has developed and is implementing new techniques for the correction and prevention of eminent erosion, often seen with breast augmentation/expansion.

He has consulted with many new patients who have undergone breast augmentation, and subsequent overfilling or augmentation with larger implants. He has sucessfully treated these patients, performing new techniques to correct the issues associated with erosion of the tissues.

Contact his offices through his website at www.surgery-plastic.com, or email [email protected].

I suppose it is thinning of the tissues due to the large implant inside.

Exactly right. Eminent erosion occurs when teh skin is stretched very tightly, and friction of the implant begin to wear away at the tissues until the implant erodes through the surface, requiring removal of the implant, many times indefinately.

New techniques and materials are being used to "reinforce" areas of weakness to help prevent this from happening.

Hello Dr. DDD,

I was curious, is Dr. Domanskis able to get large, (1500 - 3000cc) Silicone implants over in Europe?  In other words, could one travel over to one of his offices in Italy, France, or the UK, and have large silicone implants placed?

If I remember, this was possible a couple years ago, but I think that since then Mentor has purchased, Eurosilcone, and I was wondering if he still had the connections to get custom, large, all silicone implants over in Europe - I know they are still unavailable in the US.

Also, just an idea of the cost of them too, if this is possible!

Thank you very much!
