Looks like I am finally upgrading .
I will see Dr. Revis Aug 2(my B-day) for pre-op and then Aug 6 for Mod Plus -800-960cc shell overfilled to 1500cc perhaps more if it fits!!! I want as much as he can fit in!!!
Internal bra...not sure if i will change to overs tho or keep unders.
Im super pumped for this!!! Life changing for me!!!

If I understand (my English is not good obviously) you are a little insecure about go to over muscular implants. I must say that is not wrong in go to over muscular once you go to bigger sizes, that is the right because you cannot stretch too much your pectoral muscles without lose their contraction function (you don’t want that). If you want go to huge boobs, over muscular is the only way.
And I confess, if you are a Hot Blond now (and you really are: your avatar almost burned my eyes) adjectives will miss after this increase! :o

I want to wish you good luck in the procedure and you can exceed 3.500 cc a day, if your desire. There are even rumors (rumors say because I have no actual confirmation, but I have heard many times) that of 850 cc saline implants can be overfilled up to 4,000 cc, if the patient accept the risk, of course.

100 times? Are you sure you don't mean 10 times? Otherwise you are saying that out of the body, an 800cc shell could fill to 80,000cc without rupture? Sorry, but I can't remotely believe that. So I have to guess you made a typo. Even 10x would be 8,000 for an 800cc shell and even that is hard to image, but at least fathomable.

Also 10 times is a big number. if you have a 800ccs shell, it would mean that you could fill it up to 8,000ccs. Thats ALOT...

Interesting. Still, even that site could have made a typo. If you do the math, you'll realize that 30,000cc is almost 8 gallons. (I've got a kettle which is 8 gallons, so it's easy for me to visualize.) Still, I suppose it's possible, if you assume that the vulcanization won't fail.
The pic in that image (the one comparing 2 different filled implants) appears to be much closer to a 10:1 ratio than to the captioned 100:1 ratio.
I've forwarded the info to a (former) implant engineer, to get his take. I remember him saying that they would regularly overfill them to 4 or 5 times the rated size in the lab, just to verify their integrity.

No you cannot inflate a Breast Implant to 100 times its intended volume. NuSil is a leader in Medical Device Silicone. They supply most of the Breast Implant companies.
Here’s a link to their Implantable Grade Silicone Dispersions which can be used to make a Breast Implant Shell.

Note that MED-6640 has the highest elongation value at 1000%, which means it will not fail if stretched to 10 times it’s length.
He notes also that in that comparative pic posted earlier, the one on the right is at most 3,000cc, no way is it 30,000cc.
He adds that it might be possible that they once got an implant to 30,000cc (100x rated fill), but essentially to say "hey we got there once" and then using it as a marketing claim. I would compare that to finding a light bulb which has been running non-stop for 50 years and saying "hey we make light bulbs that last 50 years running non-stop!". Anyone who has ever looked at a light bulb package knows the typical lifetime claims.

It's feasible, but depends on how the filling goes. Had experience prior with the gf at the time going from 450cc to 1400cc (800cc Mentor overfilled), so it is possible. Best of luck and I hope all goes well

They are not expanders which i believe Beshine has. Wayyyyy different.

Thank you for the insight. I suppose there was a typo indeed, however it is funny how random events/traits (as the light bulb working for 50 years by unknown reasons), could cause objects to surpass the expectations from the average.
In any case, you're the expert here, I am just an implant fan (a bit dissapointed now, but I guess the 100X claim was too good to be real)

Welll it was a surprise that Dr. Revis could pump that much saline in. Record jumps for him that day. He is the man!
Since my incisions were under that kind of pressure revovery is a bit longer and tough. I completely peeled in the chest area as if I had a sunburn. The incisions got black/purple(UGLY) blood blisters beneath them that prolong healing time as they need to heal from beneath, And the incisions themselves are weeping fluid daily. I also had to remove my nip rings from the pressure and to facilitate healing.
I am healing..but its not an easy got. Was also excrutiatingly painful.
My implants themselves are dropping, and they look rounder and fuller and a bit softer each day.
When im back to normal I will provide some pics...altho if ur crafty u may be able to locate some of me some places..albeit clothed so far.

But I agree with what most of you friends are telling you: This is just a setback, albeit disappointing; painful; time-consuming; and costly, but eminently recoverable. I notice from your banter on twitter that you have a never-say-die attitude which, I am sure, will see you through to your goal.
On that note, using the precedent of a prior post and a review of the rules, it appears we are allowed to repost from twitter. So, HOLY MACKERAL!!! I did have to have my implants removed due to an infection. It was terrible. Very dark place for me. I love huge fake tits.
Hey guys!
Sooo there was alot of damage to my areola. I had a crescent lift and I did not have enough blood supply to heal due to the big increase. I was super sick and went to the hospital. I had 2 bacteria and my incisions opeded up on one side a bit. I was in hospital for 7 days and then they removed the implants, which left my breasts flat and because they removed parts that were infected parts of the top half of my areola are missing, so they are no longer circular and a bit uneven instead of symetrical.
Revis was able to reconstruct me so that I look pretty decent, and re-implant with 1000cc. He will replace those in Jan with likely 2000cc +.
When that is healed he will reconstruct my areola so i look perfect again. I dont blame Revis, he is a great surgeon. And he is treating me super well. I still have expenses to incur, but maybe not as bad as it could be.
I am healing well, altho I now have a crease incision. I HATE the size and hope Jan comes quick.

Well, I know Dr. Pousti is taking 800cc implants to 4500cc, so I think that's 5x their rated size. If my 2000cc expanders could go 10x that would be 20,000cc. I'm not sure expanders can go 10x their rating tho. That's a lot of saline...

Hi Ample Ann. Taking them to 10x the rated size (+900% on top of the rated size) is calling for a rupture.
Even from 800 to 4500 it is rated size + 460%. It is a lot. The doctor and the client need to feel comfortable with this.

Well, I know my Doctor said my expanders could theoretically go to 8000cc before breaking down, Kristi Lovett has said she was told the same thing and she has the same doctor and expanders.
Still, 8000cc or 10,000cc seems scary big for a 2000cc expander....

The advantage of expanders. What goes in through the valve can be taken out through the valve.
But I think you will adjust. How much approx. was it each side you added? How much time did it take alltogether? Did the doc do it manually or with a medical device?
What needle sizes are used 21 GAUGE or smaller?

I do weekly fills of either 340cc or 408cc each. It just depends on how the girls are feeling. I'm going to have to reduce that amount tho, because I'm starting to get stretch marks on the sides of my boobs. I'm not sure if that's from filling too much or if it's from the weight. My doctor said I can fill quite a bit, but just don't do it till it hurts.

Hm. From the weight the stretch marks I would expect in the area of the collar bone to the top of the boobs, because this is where the skin thins most because the most forces apply - I read.

I don't mind sharing. It was sharing that helped me get here. Oh, and I am getting some stretch marks on the tops too.
I use a 27 gauge butterfly needle infusion set, you can see it in a picture I posted on another thread. I fill them at home with the help of a friend. I'm having to switch to a 25 gauge needle cause they are longer and the smaller needles are not reaching the ports anymore and were just putting saline under my skin. As my boobs have gotten bigger my ports are getting enveloped by them and are going underneath my expanders so I'm needing the longer needles to reach them. You can see in my filling pic that the ports are already in my breast fold. The problem with using bigger needles is that they do more damage to the ports. So, I'm probably going to spring a port leak. :-[ Expanders are so fragile. It looks like my filling days are over tho, because I can barely feel the ports anymore, which is a good thing because I'm sure I've over done it. The fills are SO addictive because they are SO ORGASMIC, then you add boobie greed and you end up with INSANELY huge tits like mine! What have I done?!!! :'( I've thought about drawing some of the saline out of each expander, but my skin has already made room for them...

I think you will adjust to the size give it a bit time. On the other hand I do not know how long it takes when skin is streched until irreversible damage is done. What does your doc say?

I write her and send her pictures each month and she always says they are looking AWESOME!!!, and to keep doing my weekly fills so I don't get capsular contracture. I did mention to her, in my last letter, that I am starting to lose my ports, but I haven't heard back from her yet. She warned me not to message my breasts yet cause that could displace the ports. I haven't messaged them, but their sheer size is starting to cover my ports and make them inaccessible. Oh, I haven't told her how many CCs they are now. She might get mad about that. She thinks I'm only doing 200cc a week. But, she said do whatever amount feels comfortable...

A lot of people do their own fills. It just depends on how confident your doctor is in you and your helper. My doctor is out of state so she showed me and my friend how to do it. My stretch marks fade pretty quickly and are small, so I don't mind them to much. I just don't want my boobs to explode. A guy friend of mine that loves big boobs said stretch marks on super giant boobs are super sexy anyway, so not to worry cause they just show how heavy they are. He’s so sweet

I was around 5000cc in each breast in those photos. I started with large natural breasts too. And yes, most doctors told me I would have to have a breast reduction before they could put the largest off the shelf implants in me. I told them to take their little 800cc implants and shove them.

Ann, do you have a fill up log or something similar? I'm kind of a boob stat geek. I would love to know how long it took you to go to this size. :)
I do have a log, my doctor made it for me, and it's very important cause you can get lost very easily. I started filling, at home, back at the begining of May, one month after my surgery. During my surgery my doctor filled me to 1000cc in each breast and then had my partner fill me an extra 100cc in each breast the day after my surgery when she was showing us how to fill them ourselves. If you do the math since then, you will see that I have been doing fills ranging between 200 to 408ccs weekly. I use 60cc syringes overfilled to about 68cc.

But, I'm not so sure I'm so lucky. From what these guys are telling me, I'm not to smart by what I've done. My boobie sisters on another forum are telling me the samething too. Feel free to ask me any questions, tho. I'm happy to share everything I know, cause I WAS lucky to have other people share with me. Your wife doesn't have to go as big as I have to have even better boobs. I am just really tall and plus sized, so it takes a lot of boob to make a difference on me. So she may not need to chance going near this size to look just as big.

I was just planning on being about 5000 or 6000cc, but I got addicted to the fills. They are very orgasmic, especially when you chill the saline in the fridge before injecting. I was going to have Dr. Domanskis give me stacked 2500cc silicones, but now I have blown that by exceeding anything out there. If anyone has any ideas please share. Personally i think there are two routes you can go now:
1: If you are done expanding you can replace you overfilled expanders with 7000cc rated one (or 1000-2000cc less). This will reduce the possible risk of complications.
2: If you are still interested in going larger you should look for even larger expanders. If you want to prevent the current situation its best to order larger expanders and get them implanted when underfilled. The size you should choose depends on the look you want to achieve.
I heard stacked implants have a higher risk of complications then single implants. Not sure if this true, just wanted to mention it.

Lolchair, the problem is finding larger implants. I've found the doctors willing to put them in, tho it may have to be out of this country. I think I could get a company to listen about making large customs and making them cheaper if there was a bunch of us girls willing to show interest in them. I'm pretty sure they would listen then. Ann, my wife's 5'6" and plus sized as well. So while she may be shorter, she still wants even larger breasts. I often accuse her of wanting a Boob Minion that she could control more with each and every increase in size. In reality, that's what I am anyway! Along those lines, a couple of weeks ago while running through the local store, my wife runs into a friend of ours that hasn't seen my wife in some time, and evidently, a few pounds ago as well. In the middle of their conversation, our friend points to my wife's breasts as they're currently bulging out of her 38G cup bras. She asked her what was going on there, and my wife simply states that she's gained a few pounds. To which our friend replies, "tell your husband he's a lucky man." As for the stretch marks... it might be too late for this, but I urge you to do daily applications of either cocoa butter or udder balm (perhaps alternating applications of each of these). This is something you should have started applying before starting the pumping, but it's still worth trying for a few weeks.

I have been using Palmers cocoe butter twice a day ever since I got them done. Good idea on using it even before surgery. My stretch marks fade pretty quickly, I just needed to give them a break from all the over filling, and now they are looking pretty good.

I remember reading some years back that at least one manufacturer (Eurosilicone, I think) tests its implants to over 500% overfill and possibly much more. I don't know if there is standard for this, but I can't imagine there are huge differences between implant shells. I know that at least one of Dr. Pousti's patients has 800cc implants overfilled to somewhere between 4500cc and 5000cc. Given that he managed to overfill them around 600%, if you're still at about 7300cc, you've got plenty of space before you get in trouble. I hope that gives you a little peace of mind.

Approx. this is the same "cubic centimetres" CC size: http://forum.bearchive.com/index.php/topic,580674.msg10038075.html#msg10038075 that's 8000.
The difference Ample Ann is a taller woman therefore they would probably look a smaller on her frame. In addition Ann's are very overfilled and thus do look fuller and rounder, while Beshine's implants were very underfilled at 8000 CC and at approx. 16000 CC like after her last known reported fill they still are underfilled.
