Any one having trouble w/ the BESC? I navigate to the site and I get a 404 error with links to the faq and thises and thats.

You're not the only one, I get the same 404 error.

I did a little testing. If you go to bestoryclub.com (without a "www." in front of it), it will load correctly. However, if you go to www.bestoryclub.com, you'll get the 404 error. The hard-coded Story Club links here at the BEA all send you to www.bestoryclub.com, so they're generating 404s. I notified the admins about the problem.

I need the website for the besc support. I cant seem to find it on the site and I'm having trouble with my subscription. I'd appreciate the help.
I know that I'm supposed to take issues directly to them. I for some reason can't figure out the new layout. This is probably going to turn into a face-palm later, but for right now, I'm just confused and frustrated. TIA.

Forum mods have absolutely nothing to do with/no control over BESC or any paysite issues, so we can't help you... sorry, but that's the reality. Alternately, if you were provided with a phone number for tech support when you registered for any of the paysites, you can call that instead. Best of luck.
