Yesterday I received an E-mail from the BE Story Club containing a free sample of "Spells R Us: Dream Girl" and a code for 5 free days of subscription. The sample seemed legit, but when I tried using the code, it gave me a message "This Coupon cannot be used" That's rather annoying and false advertising. If the code doesn't work, why put it in the E-mail?

You should contact Customer Care to inform them about this. They might have no idea or not be aware of the problem. I'm sure they'd appreciate it either way.
Nothing gonZo or I or any other forum mod can do about it of course, as we have no involvement in any of the BEA paysites.

I am unfamiliar with the board in the Story Club section, but if it's anything like this sub-forum, paysite customer service reps probably don't ever patrol there looking for complaints. It's up to you to bring a problem to their attention by contacting them through the channels provided ("Customer Care" link in the forum tab bar, or else whatever email/phone contact info Story Club provides) if you want them to know about a problem.
Just my suggestion... I know for a fact that Customer Care doesn't keep an eye on this forum, just like sys admins don't read the Site Issues forum.

It's correct as Palomine mentioned please contact customer care. Anyway, there was a problem with the discount coupon code and it's already fixed. If not and you are unable to redeem it, please contact customer care so we can handle your request.
