Bounce: Jebus Tapp-dancing CHris, Misa's fighting stance is bouncer than all the cast of DOA1. She bounces all over the place. She is probably the first true 3D fighter to bounce. And her breasts are independent of eachother(instead of one block like the DOA girls) so they go in different directions in her bounce. Plus she's got a couple of nice Hidden costumes.

VOLTAGE FIGHTER
I have recently seen lots of it, and it is unlikely to impress anyone, it’s from something like 93 or 94.
DEAD OR ALIVE
Whenever it comes back people always say “bigger, bouncier, better”, but the opposite is true, the very first game is the bounciest by far, but to a cartoonish degree that put many off(not me, it was totally unrealistic, but who cares?), it was included as an extra in Dead Or Alive Ultimate, but it was the Sega Saturn/Arcade version that is included for some bizarre reason instead of the much smoother, more beautiful Playstation One version which had far more costumes, get this version if you really want to see beautiful bouncing in DOA. Lei Fang goes out of control when she jumps at the end of a fight in this version.
JOJOS BIZZARRE ADVENTURE
Mariah has a special move where her top fills up with steel pellets(?) to give the appearance of giant breasts and then the pellets fly out of the top and hit the opponent. The move can be done in the air and has a different animation.
KING OF FIGHTERS 2006 (Maximum Impact 2)
This may well be the bounciest 3d fighting game of all(take THAT!! DOA!), mostly due to Mai, Lien and B.Jenet. Yet again many found it too cartoony but not so unreal and slow as the first DOA.

MAI SHIRANUI
Having played quite a few SNK games now, her bounce at the end of fight in her first appearance in Fatal fury 2 is the first time I seen her and it is suprisingly still quite satisfying. King Of Fighters 2002 is the next notable, because it features the sprites Mai would be stuck with for the longest but 2002 features a super-duper special not in any other game that is particularly perverse, much bending over. The 2 Capcom VS SNK games have beautiful sprites for her and SNK seem to have traced over them in their own style for KOF XI and Neo Geo Battle Coliseum. SNK have said that for KOF XII, all characters will receive completely new sprites for what is supposed to be a very special game and intended to be a step forward in 2d graphics, I’m excited about it. STETCH PANIC (UK: Freakout, JAP: Hippa Linda)
I got this game a little while ago and it was kinda worth it. If anyone does not know about it, the advert I included above gives a clue to why it has been mentioned here before. It is strictly a platformer game made for very young children. All the complaints about no more adult content were a bit silly, because you would never get anything like this as an adult game, especially not as widely available as this, or it would be banned. The closest thing you get to these sizes in an adult game is Oppai Slider.
You play as a little girl with a magical scarf that can grab and pull pretty much everything. When you start the game, there are two Ex Zones where you need to destroy Bonita Zako’s to get points to progress in the game and unlock boss levels. A Bonita Zako is a simplistic tall girl with gigantic breasts starting below her neck and stopping just above her shoes, you can either pinch and pull at their breasts, their buttocks or their hair. All of them can use their breasts to fly away from you like a helicopter. The ones dresses in black can run and push you, the ones dressed in blue can jump on top of you and flatten you with their breasts. After you have defeated 4 bosses, 2 more Ex Zones appear and there is a Bonita Zako dressed in red that has all the abilities of the blue and black ones, but can also punch you with their chests( they lean back, spin the right breast around then punches you with it, then does the same with the left). It is always extremely cheap, so you may as well, if you are as big a freak as me.

You probably already know about Lulu, and that if she wins a fight, and you are lucky enough to get a camera closeup and then get a good view of her leaning over and jiggling, but did you know that if you put the strongest haste magic on her and get this good view of her posing, her breasts jiggle like mad.

Features a succubus a bit like Morrigan from Darkstalkers that has a bouncy stance, the game is supposed to be good, but it would be foolish to buy it for the bouncing, it just aint noticeable enough.

Valeria is a character in a shop you can win, and in the shop she bounces as you go around the menu, her artwork is also as chesty as Ivy ever was. Valeria seems to be a customisable character, I’m not sure since I have never played.

There is Selena Strike but Lulu valentine in the pink bikini is the highlight, she jumps a lot. But there is also a training mode in the gym where you follow the lead of a trainer who is bouncing on the spot, hefty bouncing.

Saint's Row the 3rd releases in a little over 2 months if you haven't played it its a blatant rip-off of grand theft auto but considerably more fun to play for the second sequel it looks like theyve really ramped up the absurdity of it all and that carries over to character customization which the advance rviewers mention "back breaking boobs" as an option.

Just watched the slider in action you can go Denise Milani but not much bigger. Plus it affects the jiggle physics. If you opt for a male character the slider gives you a substantial bulge. Yikes.

and this is a character of mine from City of Heroes, her name is Carnal Nature, she's a Thug Mastermind (aka gang leader):
(mind you, I *made* her busty with the customization, but the chest slider goes pretty far ;) also, there's a couple npc's not designed by players, which are especially busty)
If I may ask - how did you modify her bust line to it's current proportions? I don't know of any patches or customization tools that allow for that sort of modification. I know there used to be a glitch in the character creator - back when the game first came out - that allowed you to push the bust-slider WAY farther than it was supposed to go, but they fixed that years ago as far as I know.

Jurassic Park: Trespasser (1998)
I had never heard of the game but the descriptions begged a further analysis.
It was a totally overly ambitious attempt at a fully immersible open-world adventure that was rushed and ended up being a mess.
The game started development in 1995 and had several technical firsts but these are mostly forgotten due to the glitched game play.
What everyone remembers about the game other than the numerous technical problems is the protagonist's chest.
Not only was it surprisingly large but it also served as the only way to determine health levels via a changing tattoo.
Yes, to check your health you looked at your cleavage.
In retrospect it is very tempting to see many parallels with Tomb Raider.
The "South Pacific" portion of Tomb Raider III, released late in 1998 is very similar but lacked the physics and first person play.
Interestingly the entire plot of Tomb Raider 2013 is almost lifted from Trespasser except with pirates in lieu of dinosaurs.
Included here is a few screen shots and interesting comparison images: (top to bottom and left to right they are)
1. This is a great view of the health level tattoo and it should be noted that she is laying prone on her back - talk about projection.
2. Full health (no red) and it should be noted that objects can be hidden out of view behind your chest in this game.
3. The rod is the end of a riffle almost out of view beneath your ample bosom.
4. You can control just her right arm in an awkward and often disproportionate manner - she has no lower left arm, or feet.
5. Almost dead so says the tattoo.
6. Your body also responds to the physics of the game and you can get stuck between fixed objects, due to your large breasts!.
7. Rare view looking over her right shoulder gained when stuck in the previous image.
8. Odd arm - hand - gun configurations.
9. There are times you must jump down into or onto spots that are hidden from view by your boobs. There is a pool down there.
10. This clue is on the floor and back in '98 at lower resolutions you had to stand closer to make out some text just as it **89** of view.
11. After dispatching a raptor you can manipulate it and even pet it.
12. After dispatching a raptor it can also become "messed up" and you can still shoot it as it oddly moves by itself.
13. With a modern machine running with maximum graphic textures reveals she has brown body hair and highlights on the heart tattoo.
14. Some game glitches actually cause her shirt to vanish briefly - alas she is not modeled past her shirt.
15. There are fans of the game (yes there are) and this is a modern take on Anne the gal from the game... who looks a lot like...
16. Lara Croft of Tomb Raider fame which is obviously the same digital model with adjustments.
17. Lara Croft of Tomb Raider 2013 which has an even closer similarity to the Anne of the game.
There are even fan sites talking about and making pseudo-history about the character.

Anyway - for a game with such an emphasis on looking at boobs I am surprised it had not been mentioned previously.
They wanted to code for two arms but that was just too much at the time.

Anne survives the plane crash that strands her on the island because she is air-sick and locked in the plane's toilet.
Anne is voiced by Minne Driver who was 28 at the time and also looks a tiny bit like Anne / Lara Croft, just without the bust.
The game was so rushed there are still several items just left scattered around that either do not work or relate to missing areas.
It is possible to shot yourself in the game.
I did find a game play video in which Anne falls through a skylight only to get stuck because her bust hits the framed opening.
For a game with only 8 levels and rather short overall there are several Easter eggs - more than you would expect.
Anne has an in-game flat mate named Jill.
There is a reference to the Simpsons episode about the monorail which was a parody of The Music Man.

I'm a little embarrassed now, because of course you're right, and I've been playing the bloody game off and on since it came out.

However, if the player proceeds to make multiple horizontal flip jumps the bust of the alien gal starts to expand. This information has been out there for some time, but I was unable to confirm if this was an Easter Egg or glitch as some have suggested.
Many would agree that this is an Easter Egg as it has all the elements of one. However it is a very odd one and such a random event given the nature of the game. Also, the effect is subtle, progressive, has a maximum limit and is tied to a specific player maneuver. Together these could suggest a model / programing glitch.
The glitch theory is based on the fact that the female alien character is stuck in one spot and just her upper torso, head, and arms move and adjust to the player's position relative to her. Your character can stand or run, jump, flip and even fly. In all cases the gal will follow you so long as you are in front of her. If you move past (behind) her or too high she reverts to looking ahead. What this means is her upper body adjusts and moves so long as you are within a prescribed range, otherwise it resets.
What the horizontal flip does is possibly place the player right at the elevation where she would either move to follow or reset to neutral stance. Thus, it is possible that her torso model gets slightly elevated but never gets the reset value. Then, when the player repeats the move, her expansion is from that +1 state, in essence a +2 state. If one repeats, they continue to build upon that "follow the player" but without a reset. Only when the overall model reaches some maximum limit, possibly a hit box or motion limit that the chest expansion stops. It really could be a glitch as at the larger she gets it becomes obvious that it is a single control point that keeps shifting that cause the scale increase.
Not every jump causes the inflation by the way. Only when you just just right.
Anyway, an odd Easter Egg.
