I'm going to stick with my Raquel Gibson guess.  Monica Leigh has wide, bright, sharp eyes and a face that puts me a little in mind of Carmen Electra or Denise Richards.  This gal in pink has a slightly broader flatter set to her face and makes me think a little of an extra cheery Jennifer Lopez.
