Those girls are from the website Farang Ding Dong.  And no they're not real.  They're not even implants.  They have balloons, latex falsies, or some type of bouncy stuffing under their shirts.  There have been a lot of discussions about FDD.  And I do mean alot.  To be honest, I think we're due for another very soon.
