French Canada has a great huge implant culture, at least in my experience.  I see women with 1000 cc or more, more frequently there than in most places.  MCB is terrific

Last time I was in Quebec, I was stationed in New London, Connecticut at the submarine school in 1976 and a fellow shipmate decided to go there with me, and we drove to Montreal and later to Quebec City and at the time we did not see any women with huge implants tits.
