Thank you Bone for your answer, can anyone verify that it is Wifey. I searched and found a scene with Wifey as a cop, but it is not this szene.
I found a slightly longer Version of the clip, perhaps it helps:

Got a dance off Shyla three weeks ago (up in my Pittsburgh outings thread) -- and the more I see of work like this, the more glad I am to have gotten it.
