Do breast lifts work for very busty women?
« on: December 27, 2020, 08:19:32 AM »
I am dating a girl now who is naturally very busty.  There is another thread about her and the consensus is that she is something like 30G or H or I, but here is a pic for reference.  She wants surgery to give her more lift and projection, but no necessarily more size. I have a feeling this cannot be done without implants, but would love to hear from some of our experts here.

Just one person's viewpoint: my SO had a breast lift last year (she had lost over 100lbs and didn't like how they sagged). She didn't want them larger, just "perkier" and didn't want implants, but her plastic surgeon told here there wasn't really a way a do the lift without them. So she now has under-the-muscle implants (I don't know what size). With the lift, I would say they're definitely less saggy, but still have a very natural "hang" to them. I also don't really detect any noticeable difference in volume (and believe me, I've done plenty of hands-on examination  ;) )

going for a consult tomorrow.  She has a strong family history of beast cancer, like her mother and all her aunts all have had bad or fatal cases.  Wondering if she is not better off removing more tissue and reinflating with implants.

I could not log in a while ago.
But today I can so I wanted to
add my two cents.
My doctor had talked about a
reduction for the first time just
over a year ago. This was more
of an overall size talk but we
ended up covering all sorts of
options.

This was just prior to all the
covid 19 stuff and isolation.
I'm also reluctant to the whole
idea of surgery on them. So
this sort of went nowhere fast.

You are so smart to have a
consultation or more when there
is any sort of health issue also
in the mix. My doctor worked
with me on some weight loss
and my other health issues also
add to the situation so review
everything you can.

If there is a strong cancer risk
I have known a few good
friends who did partial to whole
removals with building back and
it took care of two big concerns
at one time.
Remember to put health first
and share if the talks with the
doctor help.

There is an old saying that if you love sausages you shouldn't see how they are made.  :( Guess this can be applied to BE surgery also in some cases.  :P

brutal, but true.  We feel good that we will get the result we want which is not BEA size but more like 32GG.  But we have a lot of other issues that are making this very hard, the combination of antibiotics and pain medicine is playing hell with her digestion
