Assuming that this one pic is not some sort of "optical illusion" due to camera angle or what ever ands they really are bigger then they appear in this shot then it must be one of two things

A recent "real looking" example being what we saw in the recent "Pam& Tommy" movie and for those of us who have been around a while who remember this skinny UK blonde from about 30 years ago who ran in Score magazine and was in a few of their vids, Zena, Zera something like that.

Tiffany Towers level of "natural looking"
If what we see in this pic is result of having a kid/s they really blew up but that as is normally the case they went back to the size they were to begin with but had that saggy/deflated/pancake or "empty sacks of skin" look which is often "corrected" via "breast lift and SMALL implants the alternative is to fill them up with very large implants but not so full that you get that round super fake look, the tatted up Dannele Derek of late but the less full more natural "hanger" look we see in all those other shots
