Funny how Europe is having a relatively mild winter, which made Putin's plan to freeze Europe fail, and North America is cooler than normal in parts that usually have mild winters. Here in Vegas, it is forecast for the next couple of weeks will be cooler by 10-15F below normal. We shall see.
