Due to geography and the fact that we in Las Vegas are in the Pacific Time Zone, in the Winter it can get pitch dark at around 4:30PM or 1630 hours during January on Standard Time and so many of us here would like to be on Daylight Savings Time year-round. I certainly will support such a change.
