Is anyone else having problems downloading video files (.mov & .mp4) from the forum.  I can get GIF files by clicking on and then copy/paste the displayed file name but when I click on a MOV or MPG I get an error:

Each time the link is clicked the "downloaded" counter increments but I am now wondering if anyone has been able to successfully download video files.  Anyone else seen this?

I haven't been able to open or save video files, either.  Same errors.

Well, I am able to login after 2 days.  Before that, I went through the login process successfully, but when I came back to the forum, I still showed logged out.

Now, for some reason all the forum text is showing in a different font than what it used to.  The pictures aren't loading in some threads until I refresh the page, sometimes 2 or 3 times.  And occasionally everything shuts down, everything I click on, threads or pictures gives the error: 403 Forbidden   Access to this resource on the server is denied!

I'll try again tomorrow, see if things have improved any.

I wasn't able to log in the normal way either.  Found that if I clicked on someone else's user name like I want to send them a PM it will take me to a different logon page and that one lets me log on and stay active on the forum for at least that session.

This was the same thing for me.
Also,I can’t save a picture on here anymore.I click on a picture and it forces my phone to download the picture to my files.I then have to go to files to actually save it when it was always that I simply click on a picture and save it to my library.
Very annoying!!!

I'm on PC, and can save pictures fine.  I just have to copy the real filename of the picture before I save it, and paste it back in over whatever name the bea server has given it, to save it correctly.

It's not just you. What's weird is that some sections of the page are showing Times New Roman, yet other parts are still showing the normal font (Verdana?). I hope the attachment is visible to show what I mean.

I've been able to save file attachments that are .PNG, .JPEG, .JPG, and .GIF files, but since the most recent disaster, I have not been able to save any file attachments that are in any video format (.MOV, .MP4, .WEBM, etc.)

Yeah Zookie, the attachment is visible, and I see what you mean.  That's actually occurring with me as well, I just didn't notice it when I made the post.

Is anyone else having problems with this 403 thing I mentioned?  It's still happening to me, I can log in, start browsing the forums, have to refresh a lot, then after a short while everything starts showing 403 and I have to quit.  After a while, I can come back and the forum works normally, for a short time, then the problem re-occurs.  Very very frustrating.

Happening to me too. Usually though, whenever I get a 403 error, if I wait a few minutes and refresh, it comes back.

Also getting a weird thing with attachments. I refresh the page and some are just a photo link that when I click on it, asks me if I want to download it. I refresh the page and the image is back and I can view it as normal. Weird.

I've spent 2 days trying to catch up in the posts in the General Discussion forum.  The posts are actually going up faster than I'm actually able to read them, as I usually can only check the new posts in 5-6 of them before I have to start refreshing like mad to see the pictures, and I usually can only check on a couple more threads before I get stopped completely by 403 errors.  I guess I'll take another few days vacation.  I'm incredibly jealous of the guys who seem to be able to post and read all the threads without a problem.   

Welcome back, Sol.  I hope you won't have any problems with the forums, now that you've returned.

If you're like me and can't stand that clunky looking Times New Roman font, all you have to do is change your browser's default font to whatever you like.  In both Firefox and Chrome the default font was Times New Roman.

I'm afraid to change anything before it breaks something else
