Oftentimes a girl without much junk can benefit from a BBL, so good for her.  And that is good news that she has the desire to make her breasts well past any notion of blending in.  Though it is subjective and depending upon the clothing, IMHO, somewhere between 2000cc & 3000cc is the limit of trying to hide, though, obviously, you can't hide even those in a tank top.  I would guess that in person, as opposed to pictures, it is even more difficult to hide big fake boobs.
