"Katy is back from surgery!" (I edited the story for grammar, spelling, etc. and ran it past the artist, who gave me an okay on it.)
Today Katy went to the plastic surgery clinic, very excited about getting breast implants. She wore a skimpy crop top, which she loved because it showed her under-boob, while also thinking about how well it would show off her new tits, but she underestimated how big 4500cc implants actually are.
And so she had to walk home with her top resting just above where her breasts begin. Her still swollen breasts were on full display and the cold air caused her nipples to become erect. And on top of that she could feel how with every step the implants were shifting inside her breasts, stimulating her nipples and areola from the inside. It was an incredible feeling for her!
And then the thought of walking around town with these huge breasts was turning her on like crazy. People must think she's some kind of slut, she thought, and smiled to herself about it.
