I've been goofing around with Stable Diffusion and having a lot of fun with it. There's a fair amount to learn because there are lot of details about how to operate it. And it requires patience because getting a good result requires many iterations. But it's definitely rewarding when you get something good out of it.

"Not so fast Miss Smith! I am not here because you are in trouble. We've been observing the productivity of your coworkers who report to you, or deliver documents to you, and we've noticed that their productivity has greatly increased. Sure, they might just want to come see you, but they also finish their work much sooner, so they can see you!"

"I never realized that, sir."

"Yes, well because of this, you have become an even more valuable member of our team and so we're giving you a 25 percent raise in salary."

"Oh my god! Thank you Mr. Johnson! I never could have imagined this!"

"Additionally, we are interested in doing further research in to this phenomenon. If you are interested in making more changes to your appearance, we might be able to make some arrangement regarding that. And perhaps you could even encourage some of your coworkers to make similar changes. Or you may find ways to motivate your coworkers to work even more productively, in whatever that might be. We will not asking you to do anything in particular. Though I do expect you to handle this all very discreetly, and don’t be too direct if you consider encouraging someone.

After all, we have a respectable reputation that we must maintain, and cannot be caught encouraging our employees to make changes to their bodies. And just to be clear, Katy, we have never had this discussion. We only talked about your raise for your exceptional work! Anyway, I wish you a great day and keep up the good work, Miss Smith!"

Here is the third part, where Katy begins a new weekend job. It's entitled, what else,
"Katy At Her New Weekend Job"

Ever since her boob job, Katy had become really pent up at work, and what's better for releasing all that energy and letting her urges go wild, than taking a job at the local strip club. It also paid really well -- much more than she earned at her day job, and especially when she did a private show for a club patron, who were not always men. At times she did even better money-wise than the more established girls working there. In just a few weeks, Katy had become very popular and her weekends are never boring now.

All this attention made Katy feel really validated and reaffirmed the big investment she made in getting her boob job. It had been very expensive and she had some doubts at first, but it was all worth it. People - men, really, desired her and she felt really sexy. Now with her weekend job, she'll have it paid off in no time at all, even as she has thoughts about going even bigger.

Yeah, I also find it questionably about it being AI generated, but awhile back in this thread I posted an image where the artist "gene spliced" an actual photo of Rachel Welch with an AI generated piece of art by HairBorn, so that may be what we have here.
