Weird, because I sure don't remember posting it before. Plus, I worked on it yesterday, so if there is an easier version somewhere, it evolved.

But it kinda brings up an interesting point—if I (for example) input a copyrighted image into a prompt, and the AI makes googobs of changes, is that a kind of copyright infringement? Or is it just appropriation as part of a process, that becomes something new and original? I don't even know how well thought-out this is in legal circles, when AI is technically "invisibly" borrowing from perhaps gazillions of previous images to begin with.

Well my AI program works a bit differently than most, using models as opposed to just drawing from the entirety of the web and they explicitly state that everything I create, I own.

As for modifying an existing image, I believe that falls under the fair use clause of the DMCA that allows for you to copyright works that are transformative like parody, satire, remixes, narration or response videos and such. Don't quote me on this, but it's the knowledge I have of it.

I'm curious, did you in creating this "Sexy Librarian", specify the eye-glasses on her or did the AI software use that cliché?  In either case, I love eye-wear on a hot looking lady, as you can tell by my avatar.
