My only issue is hands.  Hands are always difficult.  Look closely and you notice her right hand is off, but it was one of the best I could put together.  Pushing it to the limit of realism is difficult.  If I push the boobs any bigger they either need to be clothed or it will automatically switch to more of a drawing look.  Like this one which was an alternate for the same situation.  The face is realistic, but that body is definitely a drawing.  A nice drawing, but still a drawing.  I generated likely a hundred or more to get just one decent image.
