Cause I am a fan of size in relation to other things to get a better feeling of size and volume,
I tried to get a (not so serious) number for her volume by using a side view of her and measure the size on the picture.

So as I am not so sure about her head size the results may variate in a range.
Assume her head beeing between 18 to 20cm from backside to nose, this might giver her a projection of 18-20cm
and maybe a volume in the range of 3000 to 4000cc.

As she is not so large, I would think she might be more to the 3000cc.
But this number is only a nearby estimation
