I've seen a number of AI animations of IRL photos.  Somehow, the AI never manages to get the woman's face right- or even close. Some people would probably ask 'WTF are you looking at her face?"  But it's part of my appreciation.

That is one of the hard parts.  The video generation I use allows for multiple image uploads to use as extra reference material.  I try to include at least one if not two additional photo's of the subjects face with different angles/expressions to try and help the AI when the face isn't visible to start with.
