I just got back from my consult for breast augmentation. Just as a little about me, I'm a older trans woman who has been on hormones for 4 years. The surgeon and his assistant talked with me what my ideas where, I said I wanted a fuller figure up top and so they brought in a sampling of implants. I started with 400, then 500, then 600, then I finally ended up with deciding on a 750cc implant. I was amazed at how it looked and how it looked. The reason I'm telling you all this is I was wondering if you would like for me to make a thread of my whole operation and recovery, to showing off the surgeons work.
