Hey, Bombayduk :o
What is this about "the 10% change required to avoid copyright infringement"? Is that an established precedent? Because it's not (l hope) a question of litigation, but of the possibility of convincing DA to relent. Please tell me more, or direct me to somewhere l can get more information  8)

I'd better clarify. DA's move has nothing to do with my morphing technique or choice of models. I was careful to avoid posting any hardcore porn as defined by DA. The problem was their strict rule against copyright violation. Very few models are so strict as to protest formally against well-altered versions of their images, but I had bad luck to cross one those few, Blondie Bennett. She protested, and since I had posted several of her and one other, I triggered DA's 3-strikes-and-you're-out rule. So I'm out in the cold.

I do enjoy one advantage here: I can post porn morphs. Not that I need to, but sometimes a porn image cries for morphing.
I would suggest that what you do is well past the 10% change required to avoid copyright infringement, but in today's litigation society, the cost to defend oneself from multiple suits is so prohibitive that it is best to not even start down that path.  Such a shame, but IMHO, the ones that protest the loudest or most often are the ones least likely to have altruistic tendencies, but have a single goal, to goad people into paying.  I would guess you found one.  Others have looked at your work as inspiration, and maybe others as satire; there are just too many people that start screaming every time they feel offended, even when it does not effect them.  They have no tolerance for the opinions of others, actions, comedy, and even satire that does not fit their narrow views.  Sorry it happened to you Captain, but then again, I like you displaying more of your work here.

Ah, a misconception on my part due to what architects have imparted to me when I made designs inspired and incorporating what I had seen elsewhere.  More than one told me on more than one occasion that a 10% change eliminated infringement, but I just did a quick check and evidently that is not true.  Sorry.  There was no internet back in the day when I was using quarter inch graph paper to create floor plans.

I have a thing for ruthless women--as long as they're hugeboobed.

While I doubt we can get enough enormous boobed women to play the part, I wouldn't mind a Code Diablo II using girls with enormous round prosthetics; the action scenes could be the stuff that sticks in your memory forever, especially if they give it a little comic twists at times.

Another excellent job Captain. :) If in real life she had been that big thanks to the "Silly String", she would have overwhelmed Chelsea Charms. :o

Here's one of the fabulous Danuta Lato from Poland. I'll link it to her sparsely illustrated thread--which certainly deserves more  content  ???

Weirdly complex name.  BEA software even refuses to post it as title. Really great body though.
