Kenshi - PC Game BE via food

Kenshi is a rough survival game that is a labor of love from a single programmer and small group of assisting persons. I picked it up on a massive sale on Steam a few months ago and started to play it. It is a totally open world with no real plot or story, rather you can do a wide range of survival tasks but the post apocalyptic setting is very harsh and you can die of such mundane things and animal attack, exposure, or just starvation... let alone the roaming bands of bandits, ninja, killers, robots, etc. It really is not a game most would enjoy and I would rank it about a 4 out of 10. But, there are moments when just surviving feels like an accomplishment. Anyway - one mechanic is the hunger system which accurately affects the player and their physical appearance.
After a particularly long stretch where my character nearly starved to death I was able to get a bite of food. While recuperating I realized that the female was actually filling back out a little. So, just for the BEA, I deliberately worked around the area to build up sufficient funds to buy substantial food supplies. In the process, my character become more emaciated, reaching a point of near starvation. This is actually rather normal for the game.
I felt a little bad pushing the character this far for several in-game days, as they begin to limp and become progressively more sluggish, unable to fend off attacks and such. Not that fun to play.
This is a bit too real for me, at least for a video game that runs in such long segments.
So, the effect of eating a sudden massive amount of food after this profound starvation and malnutrition with the unrealistic accelerated return to plump womanly proportions was a nice break in the otherwise rather real harsh survival efforts.
The included GIF is made up of 41 stills, taken 60 seconds apart, and covering nearly a single day of in game time. It shows the effect of getting a big meal.
It still takes about 40 minutes to go from skeletal to fully filled out.
Not the fastest BE, but BE nonetheless.

After I investigate a bit more of the vast land I plan to uninstall it as it has a pace that just does not work for me.
BE Together...
