LoRAs for the win!  CivitAI is your friend.  You can find anything there.  They have LoRAs for specific outfits, people and characters, poses, activities, and even LoRAs just so you can make things NSFW.  Frankly if you are using WAN I find the genitals helper does a lot to allow people to act more natural and also get rid of censoring.  If you are using Hunyuan, try using Hunyuan Video ComfyDiffusion.

Work is killing me and I don't have a lot of time today.  I tried to do a situation and I couldn't get it to play out exactly the way I wanted in the short time I have for the videos, so here is the best one.

A woman goes into the doctor complaining about breast pain.  She tears off the paper gown and her breasts suddenly swell as she looks on in shock.  However, that wasn't the prompt that got a close result.  Every one using the prompt I wanted she rips off the gown, it magically reappeared on her, and she looked down in shock as... nothing happened.  This was one of the few where her breasts actually grew and she looks quite happy about it.  And the doctor is like, "Hey, yeah, I have seen that before."
