Holy shit, I struck gold!  Better skin tone, better nipples, more natural shape, and some really, really big breasts.  Granted, this is only for static images, but I may be able to use these to animate if I can manipulate this more.

Her hands were trying to grab her nipples in the original, but her face was messed up.  I used the detailer and upscaler and it made her nipples and fingers merge, but yeah, this is the way.
