The phrase I use is "extremely exaggerated massive hyper breasts" when describing them.  AI has a problem with boob physics.  That is why there are so many breast physics LoRAs.  I use different ones for different situations, but when the breasts are that perky and big it just falls outside the realm of how real boobs would react.
