Personally, I think you are doing great.  If only girls could get their boobs blown up this enormous and maybe weigh only 20lbs each.  It may be tough finding a job with such boobs, but then again, maybe they wouldn't need to.

Another set of giant bouncing breasts.  I think I prefer more realistically sized "macromastia" breasts.

Seems dumb that there is an actual diagnosis that translates to "large breasts".  You don't see flat chested women being diagnosed with "micromastia", but I guess flat chested women also don't have back problems.

But I do like the way the AI handles it with an assumption of fullness that is less compromised by position.  One big difference between breast size when we advance into gigantomastia, is composition; rather than adipose tissue, connective tissue become more prominent, giving the breast a much fuller and far less malleable appearance and response.  It is my understanding that this is especially true for those experiencing gestational macromastia /gigantomastia as the hormones call for an overabundant production of milk, hyperlactation, often increasing breast size.  The AI is treating it as if gigantomastia was the underlying cause, just minus the inevitable affects of gravity.
