Found her.    It's Victoria Highlander.

I found a post another forum that it might be her so I started digging. She posed for Clipteez in 2014 so I went to the wayback machine and pulled up her page.  Last picture on the bottom row it is cropped from your original but you can see she has on the same top pulled up around her neck.
