It looks modified. Something weird about her raised arm, where it bends.

I too also thought of Denise Milani, but I've never seen her fully naked in a real photo or video. AI very likely.  :P

It's Denise Milani but it's been on the net for at least ten years so not necessarily AI but it's not real either.  Found a reference to a user that was making fakes using Daz 3D, went by the name erotiscopic.

Search "erotiscopic: denise Daz 3d render + photo composite (Effects: Topaz DeNoise, Paint Pro 3, Topaz Glow, Topaz Impression and Photoshop)"

Came up with another photo of Denise he did.
