I don't think that she is AI. Her Insta is @olenalysen99. The photos are not high quality and there is plenty of photoshop being done to some of them but there are a couple of photo's that were taken at the same time/location that lead me to think she is real.
Here is a pair of pics she posted separately but when you composite them together and look at them hard they start to look real. All the things AI would get wrong as the text is the same in both images (and actually translated to something that made sense in google lens) the cut lines on the concrete side of the building are the same. The reflection of the red building in the door is the same as well as the reflection of the sidewalk bricks. Her cloths, earrings and hair are the same. Being her and the camera angle both moved between the two shots but all the other stuff lines up and is consistent I'm tending to call it real.
There is another photoset on her Insta where she is standing in front of a metal railing with a mountain scene behind her and it is the same as this one. The 3 images have the exact same background as she moves around but her cloths, and the background details all stay consistent.
