I got a new phone and to my surprise I was automatically logged in.   I’m replying to this pic because I actually was the one that asked the artist to make it.  Well the set.  It’s on his Patreon. 
He did a few more of her. Her in a business suit I asked for too.

I wonder if she is still active. And is she still lactating?

I haven't seen any new stuff lately and she is almost 65 years of age, so the likelihood of her lactating is quite low. 

My understanding is she is still lactating.  She is still active.   I think due to her still stimulating her nipples causes her to still lactate. 

Her breasts look bigger now IMO.  Still a very tone body too.
