I too hope her health improves. As for returning to the business, never say never. I remember back circa 1988 - 1989, when her moniker was Belle Starr, how her breast were quite small, relatively speaking, and a few years later as Casey James she was huge. As for being old, there are plenty of old guys like me that appreciate the older ladies and she may not appeal to the young wipper -snappers but she is alright in my book. Besides, she would have never lasted as long as she has if she didn't like the business and therefore retirement may not be in the cards. I hope she has another 10 years on her.

Sarenna Lee says she has the biggest heart and very protective of her friends. She comes off pretty tough, but she swears she is a huge softy. So I hope she does come thru for something good in her life.

I don't think she will be able to get back into the business. Lets face it, she is old when it comes to model standards and with smaller implants she's certainly not going to get any new followers. It's a tough business to be in. great personality only gets you so far. In todays online/Instagram/twitter world it's always bigger and more surgeries, whether it's boobs, butt, lips or whatever. These models need to understand that their career doesn't last forever. I always liked her and have followed her pretty much for about 20 years. I hope she at least gets her health fully back

i liked her and respected her for seeming to always be "out there" and taking new pics all the time.
i know some people here are into the extreme expander style look, but I think that if she takes care of her health and gets a good, quality surgery with slightly smaller implants they may look more natural under her surely expanded breast skin.

it's impossible to tell how she could look, could be good.

I'm pretty hopeful.  Casey has kept good skin and just based on the interim surgery she heals amazingly well.  And SaRenna (who actually introduced me to Casey down in Florida during the Sarcas days) is right, Casey is great people so I really hope it works out the way that I think it will.

 For those asking for an update on recovery. The wound vac is doing a great job  on the open part of the wound but I found out I’ll have to have another surgery to close the 9 cm “tunnel” as the wound vac doesn’t work well@on things like that. Not sure when that’s happening.

I do but they are either personal or monitoring her healing so not really sharable. I will say we've both been surprised at how much breast she still has with the implants out, she's at least a DDD without the bloody things!  As to her funding, I'm not surprised at all.  If 1 out of 10 of her twitter followers gave a dollar she's been covered but I've seen it with a bunch of models, tons of "I love you forever" posts and then nada when they are in the shit.  One of the things that I value about this site is how polite people are, most boob sites have threads about Casey's medical drama and all of the posts are along the lines of she's a stupid geriatric whore who should retire and must have 100K in sports memorabilia or something similar and is trying to fleece her fans.  The fact that many of those same posters happily download ripped videos while saying how Casey is one of their all time favorites is an irony that is apparently lost on them.  Main reason why I don't go to the various big boob forums much these days. . .

Keep your fingers crossed, she had her implant surgery today and it apparently went well.  Hopefully this is the start of her comeback!
