She would not be the first "big boob model" who had her formerly larger implants removed and replaced with smaller ones or in some cases none at all only to see the "error in her ways" and within a few years or even a few months go back and get the big implants put back in and maybe have the third set be actually bigger than the first ones.
Letha Weapons comes to mind.
I was always surprised the Tiffany Towers never went big again because she looked so good, better IMO with the big implants and they were so "natural looking" enough so that if she came along today she would look very simular to some of todays models, Karla James and a few others who all are very big, some even bigger than TT was, very round, very full, very "non saggy" so much so that if she looked like she did way back when and claimed to be "all natural" and there were no old TV interviews out there saying otherwise ala Julia Miles she would probably be believed.
