Just read in the new Previews that the second issue of Blue Eyes Vol 2 will be coming out in May.  That means the first issue should be out in March.  Let's hope that they'll start putting it out monthly instead of every two months.

Seems to be more interest in the Lovette project, but I for one am looking forward to more Blue Eyes in English,  especially their trip to the beach.
Thank you for your patience as I indulge my need to share.

I checked out his site (here) and marveled at the amazing art, but does anyone know where I might find English previews of these manga, as well as more of his art?

English previews?  Don't think there are any, aside from the minor previews offered in his comics section (which is just badly translated summaries of previewed pages).  I know White Lightning publications produced a handful of English translations, but these were a series of smaller comics which contained only a handful of chapters from each book (I believe only the first two books were done).  Icarus publishing now has the rights to do the remaining books, though how, and even when, this will be done is unknown, even by Mr Nishimaki (who seems to have a curious disinterest about the process).  J-List has all the original Japanese books and the White Lightning translations available, if you are interested.

The last I had heard on the blue eyes comics was that they were in fact being translated.  For a while it was being translated by White Lightning Press (WLP) and then a few months ago I heard Icarus Publishing was handling it.  WLP's probably gone under, and Icarus has had to suspend operations until November.  All in all, you've got a direction to work with now, I guess.
