Go to jlist.com, they've got Blue Eyes full size hug pillows if you've got the $80 or so to spend on one, as well as the manga in Japanese and English. ^_^ I'm looking into it myself.

Much thanks folks, it's good to see how easy it is to get a question answered around here!  But, does anyone know of a site where the full version(s) of the comics are posted and can be viewed (these sites just let you preview).  Thanks again.

Fair warning White Lightning delivers, but don't be in a rush for it.  After about six weeks, a dozen e-mails, and about as many phone calls. I finally got mine.

Oh yeah, your credit card gets billed immediately.

D-Lovers does have full pages available, but they're just a handfull of sample pages (most of them are just covers) to entice you to buy the books they're selling. But there are a lot of single illustrations as well, all of the fine ladies in the Blue Eyes manga.

Still, the guy does awsome work. If you really would like to have Blue Eyes, be good and pay the man for his hard-made books.

At least you got what you ordered. White Lightning took my money and ran. I have yet to see the comics I ordered years ago. Go with J-list.

Believe me I have no problem paying for the work, I was just trying to get an idea if I really wanted to order the volumes or not, and whether or not I could find all of them in English.  Anyhow, thanks again everyone.

BUT the $64,000 question is: How do you get the stuff if you don't have a Credit Card?

Well, I finally managed to get Blue Eyes #1 and #5 from Eros comix.  While looking around at other mange websites, I came upon the Japanese Blue Eyes comics.  They're like a 120 pages a piece and are in Japanese.  Does anyone know how they're different from the English Blue Eyes?  The English books seem to be translated reprints of the Japanese.  Is this correct?  Does anyone have the Japanese books?  Are they worth getting along with the English versions?

Also, when will #6 be coming out?  It seems as if the books come out very slowly.  If the English books are just translated reprints of the Japanese stuff, why does it take so long for new books to come out?

I believe the English versions are just translations.  I have no idea why there's such a protracted followup time for their release, unless it's because Mr. Nishimaki does the translation himself and re-inks the panels to make sure the speech fits well (anyone in the know, please shed some light!)

That said, Blue Eyes falls into the very small category of erotica I'd actually purchase for paper reading and/or potentially sharing with the SigOth (as she also likes hentai).

How's Erox Comix as far as price and service?  (if this new webmastering gig ends up providing significant hours, I'll be able to justify the purchase sooner than I would have otherwise.  )

Well, since they're a part of Fantagraphics, they're really not a part of the whole back issue business like Mile High.  The comics are cover price.  The shipping seems to be a little high, but I say that because I only ordered 6 comics and the shipping was 4 bucks.  Of course, that might be a standard shipping price, I don't know.  I ordered the comics on Tuesday and got them today so I really didn't even have to wait.  I'd recommend them.

I was contemplating buying one or two of the Japanese comics, but cost is inhibiting me.  It's not the price, they're like 9.95 or 12.95 for 180 pages, but you factor in shipping, it gets pretty pricey.

i bought all the issues while i was in Japan last summer.  I don't think they are really any different.  and i doubt anyone is re-inking anything.  most translations just flip the pages.

Hi and thanks again for the answers to my first question. Now I've got another one. Some time ago I managed to get a couple of mumbers of the great manga "Blue Eyes". They were part of a web page full of big breasts comics (the address for those of you who have an Adultbouncer ID is http://www.edge-hmanga.com/), but they were in japanese so i can't read them. I know that's not really important when you have lots of pages full of huge breasted manga girls but I'm curious about what's going on with all those girls and why that lucky bastard always gets to fuck with them so if anyone knows about a site with translations or the full comics in english, please answer.
