You see, the fact is that the older becomes the woman, the older and less attractive become her body, her skin and her face, - as also her breasts (even if they are siliconized) - they also become older and less attractive.
This means only, that if this woman during her whole youth was oriented only on her body opportunities, - allowing her to attract different men and to make her fortune, - at her older age she'll completely loose any attractivity for anyone (Here I speak about the lost of 1) Physical attractivity - because she becomes older; and of 2) Mental/Cultural attractivity, because during her whole life before she had not any reason to increase her personal level of mental/cultural development).
And especially, it will happen very soon, if this woman removes her implants, because without them she'll not be "interesting/attractive" to someone anymore (like it happened to all silicone-bombs of "first wave of silicone" - Busty Dusty, Tiffany Towers, Wendy Whoppers, etc., after they removed theirs implants, and like it will happen to any of modern BB models who still keep their business) and she'll be completely forgotten even by her old fans.
Noone (except for BB-"specialists") can tell now, what were the names of these busty-women on photos, or who were these busty-women.
Like a conclusion: The woman should not be only the pair of boobs (even if they are huge).
